Designed for adults with developmental disabilities, our Special Ministries Class meets together on Sunday mornings to worship and learn. They meet in the Ross Pyeatt Special Ministries Classroom (Room AE-101 in Adult Education Building) Sundays at 9:30am.
Every year during the month of July, this group meets for “Special Ministries VBS” and leads the church in worship the Sunday evening following their VBS. This group of individuals truly does “its own special work” (as Paul puts it) in the life of the church. They demonstrate a true and pure love for God and help us remember what real worship looks like.
If you know someone who can benefit from this ministry, please give us a call and, we will connect you with someone who can answer all of your questions.
In his letter to the Ephesians, the apostle Paul tells us that God "makes the whole body fit together
perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is
healthy and growing and full of love."
